ABOUT SOPHIE

I’ve always had a love for illustration and creating something from nothing. Over the years I started turning my hand to tattooing for friends and family, and the more I did, the more I knew it was where I wanted to be.

After years of talking myself in and out of it, I finally took the leap, started training properly and decided to chase the goal of becoming a full-time tattoo artist.

Since then I’ve been building my portfolio, refining my style and pushing myself with every piece. I love bold ideas, clean work and tattoos that feel personal to the person wearing them.

Send me a DM or use the website enquiry form with your idea, placement and approximate size. I’ll look over everything, come back with a price or estimate, and once the deposit is paid your appointment is locked in.
It depends on the size, detail, placement and how long the piece will take. My normal minimum charge is around £60, although selected portfolio pieces may start from around £40. I’ll always give you a clear price or estimate before you book.
Yes. Most standard appointments require a deposit of around £50 to secure the slot. Larger pieces or full-day bookings may require a percentage deposit instead, which I’ll confirm with you before booking.
Absolutely. You don’t need to arrive with a finished design. Send me your references, ideas and what you want the tattoo to feel like, and I’ll work with you to turn it into something that suits both you and the placement.
Before tattooing, we’ll go through the design, placement and the relevant consent information. After your tattoo is finished, I’ll explain exactly how to look after it and give you the aftercare advice you need while it heals.
Please give me as much notice as possible. Deposits are there to secure time in the diary, so cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows will be covered by Bartlett Ink’s booking policy. Full terms will be confirmed before launch and made clear when you book.
